Join a terra and Onkar for a sunset experience to nourish yourself in community with women through pranayama & meditation, Kundalini Yoga, gong bath, & Cacao Ceremony. This offering will be enhanced with hair oil massage, nourishing bites, and treats. 

Please bring a towel and yoga mat.
